Eagle Trail Walk on the Occasion of Mother’s Day
A calming and memorable experience for the mothers of Pardis Solaleh Kindergarten
On the occasion of Mother’s Day, Pardis Solaleh Kindergarten, with a deep sense of appreciation for the invaluable role of mothers in children’s growth and development, organized a unique, calming, and heartfelt program. In this special event, the mothers of the kindergarten, together with the management team, took part in the Eagle Trail walk and experienced a day filled with togetherness, nature walking, a shared lunch, and precious moments of peace and presence in nature.
This program was designed to create an opportunity to pause amid the hustle of everyday life and return to inner calm—a chance for mothers to spend time together in nature, care for themselves, engage in friendly conversations, and recharge their energy. The Eagle Trail was chosen as the venue for this event due to its green surroundings, soothing silence, and the opportunity it offers for a deep connection with nature—an atmosphere perfectly aligned with the spirit of Mother’s Day and the educational philosophy of Pardis Solaleh Kindergarten.
At the beginning of the program, the kindergarten’s management team warmly welcomed the mothers, congratulated them on Mother’s Day, and expressed their gratitude for the families’ trust, cooperation, and active role in the kindergarten’s educational journey. They emphasized that Pardis Solaleh Kindergarten considers families—especially mothers—not merely as an audience, but as key partners in the process of children’s growth and development.
Following the welcome, the Eagle Trail walk began. The mothers walked together in a friendly group at a gentle pace, enjoying the fresh air, the sounds of nature, and the surrounding scenery. This walk was less a physical activity and more an opportunity for pausing, connecting, and being mindfully present in the moment. Many mothers described this part of the program as a valuable time to release daily pressures and reconnect with themselves and others.

After completing the walk, a shared lunch was held in a pleasant outdoor setting. This simple yet warm gathering provided an opportunity to deepen connections and engage in friendly, heartfelt conversations between the mothers and the kindergarten’s management team. Sharing a meal in nature strengthened the sense of togetherness and belonging—values that hold a special place at Pardis Solaleh Kindergarten.
The final part of the program was dedicated to a calm and unique experience. After lunch, the mothers participated in meditation and lay down among autumn leaves in the heart of nature. These moments of silence, mindful breathing, and surrender to the natural environment created a deeply relaxing atmosphere. The gentle sounds of nature, physical contact with the earth and leaves, and focused breathing helped the mothers step away from life’s fast pace and experience profound calm.
This part of the program received very positive feedback from participants, with many mothers describing it as one of the most memorable moments of the day. Meditating in nature not only brought physical and mental relaxation, but also served as a reminder of the importance of self-care and attending to mothers’ inner needs—an aspect often overlooked alongside the many responsibilities of motherhood.
The Mother’s Day program on the Eagle Trail once again demonstrated that Pardis Solaleh Kindergarten goes beyond being merely an educational environment. It strives to build a compassionate, mindful, and dynamic community—one in which mothers, children, and educators grow together, find peace together, and create lasting memories.
