Solaleh’s human resources form the core of this large family. Teachers, instructors, and administrators act as facilitators, guiding children, families, and staff on their paths to learning and empowerment. Since university programs in related fields alone are insufficient for fully preparing and empowering educators—and no standardized process has existed to properly assess students in these disciplines—Solaleh does not limit its recruitment to graduates of related fields. Instead, we provide specialized, unique training for all necessary staff. We believe that teachers and instructors, who are on the front lines with children, should be young, creative, diligent, and ambitious, while experienced professionals with decades of expertise serve as their advisors and mentors.
